Resident Experience Coordinator (Contract)

You’re a self-starter who takes initiative, with a keen eye for detail and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional resident experiences. You’re also a versatile team player who enjoys collaboration and approaches problem-solving with positivity and professionalism.
WE’D LIKE YOU TO HAVE:
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role supporting homeowners, residents, or property operations
- A passion for real estate, particularly new homes and creating exceptional resident and homeowner experiences
- Experience coordinating display homes, home orientations, or project marketing initiatives
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across Sales, Homeowner Care, and Marketing teams
- Familiarity with CRM systems and homeowner/renter management processes
- Knowledge of the closing process, move-ins, and key handovers
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional approach to customer service
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and an eye for detail
- The ability to build positive relationships with homeowners, residents, and Realtors
- Comfort working across a variety of operational and administrative tasks
- A collaborative spirit, team-oriented and customer-focused attitude
- A good sense of humour!
A DAY IN THE LIFE
You’ll walk into our vibrant downtown office and grab a cup of Starbucks from our kitchen. Partnering with our Sales, Marketing, and Homeowner Care teams, you’ll coordinate display homes, closings, and move-ins - making sure every detail runs smoothly and every homeowner feels at home.
You will:
- Coordinate the setup, maintenance, and presentation of display homes and amenity spaces
- Schedule cleaning, repairs, and deliveries to ensure all display and homeowner-facing areas are show-ready
- Support homeowner orientations, key handovers, and closing activities in collaboration with the Sales, Leasing, Marketing, and Homeowner Care teams
- Prepare and send homeowner communications, closing letters, and welcome materials
- Maintain organized records of home and amenity maintenance guides, photos, and updates
- Support homeowner and renter inquiries with professionalism and care
- Collaborate with Sales, Homeowner Care, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth handovers and consistent communication
- Manage supplies and logistics for display homes, leasing offices, and homeowner events
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, homeowners, and external partners to deliver an extraordinary experience at every stage
- Assist with ad hoc duties and special projects as they arise
- Be available to support occasional evening or weekend events, as required

Compensation
$60,000.00 - $66,950.00 per year
