ARE YOU:  A proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of construction and interior design coordination? Do you enjoy being hands-on, identifying issues early, and driving practical, solutions-focused outcomes? If so, you could be a great fit for our Owner’s Representative (Part Time - Independent Contractor/Consultant) role!

You will act as an extension of our team on Vancouver Island, supporting on-site coordination between the Owner and Contractor, monitoring construction progress, and ensuring our communities are delivered in alignment with intended design, quality, schedule and budget.

YOU BRING: Strong organization and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a construction site-based role. You are creative problem solver with a solution-oriented, proactive approach, and comfortable working collaboratively with internal teams, external partners and the general contractor.

You will act as the Owner’s on-site presence for our Vancouver Island communities, helping ensure the projects progress smoothly and efficiently. Initially, you will be our eyes and ears on one building under construction, ramping up to overseeing 7 buildings.
