  • A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach to work
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends during active lease-up periods
  • Comfort working in a commission-based environment where success is rewarded

You’ll collaborate with our Marketing team to execute leasing campaigns, track performance, and share insights on market trends. Every day brings new opportunities to build relationships, close deals, and directly impact the success of our lease-up community.

You will:

  • Conduct engaging tours (both in-person and virtual) and communicate the unique value of the property
  • Convert qualified leads into signed leases and maintain strong closing ratios
  • Collaborate with Marketing to execute leasing campaigns and promotions
  • Track and report on leasing performance, lead sources, and conversion metrics
  • Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activity
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process
  • Support application processing, lease documentation, and move-in coordination
  • Maintain accurate and compliant records within CRM and leasing software
